Responsibility
- Maintain and enhance the Dekkson Knowledge Shop (DKS) to ensure it remains a hub for industry knowledge and customer engagement.
- Conduct regular visits to construction projects, architectural firms, contractors, and local government offices to promote Dekkson's products and services.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales in the Bali region.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and decision-makers in local government agencies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and seminars to represent Dekkson and expand its network.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in the construction, architecture, or related industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to identify market opportunities and develop effective marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital marketing tools.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and its business landscape is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
