Responsibility
- Coordinate and organize marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budgets.
- Manage client communications, including emails, reports, and meeting schedules.
- Maintain and update marketing databases, CRM systems, and project tracking tools.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including presentations, social media content, and promotional collateral.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare analytical reports for stakeholders.
- Liaise with internal teams (design, content, SEO) to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, contract management, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing administration, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
