Responsibility
- Manage and process sales administration tasks, including order tracking, invoicing, and documentation.
- Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility for the marketing team.
- Prepare and compile regular sales reports, performance metrics, and other administrative documents.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of promotional campaigns, including logistics and material preparation.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., sales, finance) to streamline workflows and resolve administrative queries.
- Monitor inventory levels of marketing collateral and place orders as needed.
- Support the team in organizing events, trade shows, or client meetings, including scheduling and follow-ups.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence management.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in administrative roles, preferably within a marketing or sales environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic database management tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data handling.
