Responsibility

  • End-to-end management of corporate events, webinars, and workshops, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and logistics.
  • Oversee attendee registrations, invitations, and follow-up communications to ensure high participation and engagement.
  • Develop and maintain event timelines, budgets, and post-event reports to track ROI and success metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials (e.g., emails, social media, landing pages) aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including internal teams, external partners, and speakers, to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection regulations, and industry standards for all events.
  • Coordinate with IT and AV teams to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth virtual/hybrid event execution.
  • Maintain accurate databases of event attendees, feedback, and performance analytics for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination, marketing administration, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end events (virtual, hybrid, or in-person) with 50+ attendees.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using event management platforms (e.g., Eventbrite, Zoom, Cvent) and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and solve problems proactively.
  • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or social media strategies is an advantage.
