As the Marine Permitting and Logistics Manager, you will oversee all aspects of marine permitting, logistics coordination, and compliance, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and in accordance with regulatory standards. You will also serve as the Deputy Company Security Officer (CSO), playing a key role in emergency response and safety protocols.

Responsibility
- Manage and oversee marine permitting processes, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Coordinate logistics for cable installation projects, including vessel scheduling, equipment procurement, and resource allocation.
- Serve as the Deputy Company Security Officer (CSO), assisting in the development and implementation of security and emergency response plans.
- Liaise with government agencies, stakeholders, and contractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to environmental and safety standards throughout all marine operations.
- Lead and participate in emergency response drills and real-time incident management.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to permits, logistics, and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Logistics, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marine operations, permitting, or logistics management.
- Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance.
- Experience in cable installation or offshore construction projects is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience in managing teams and coordinating complex operations.
- Familiarity with emergency response protocols and security management in a marine environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
