Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to target marine, offshore, and shipyard clients in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Identify and engage with potential customers, including shipowners, contractors, and equipment distributors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of marine spare parts and equipment.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and provide data-driven reports to management.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events in Bali and beyond.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the marine, offshore, or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with marine equipment, spare parts, or shipyard operations is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
