Responsibility
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and adherence to production schedules.
- Perform quality inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to meet company and industry standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime and waste.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Document production data, including output, defects, and equipment maintenance logs.
- Assist in training new team members on manufacturing processes and safety procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean or Six Sigma projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or logistics environment.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a hazard-free workplace.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 kg, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, ERP systems) for data entry and reporting.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights or weekends, as required by production schedules.
