Responsibility
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations in the semiconductor assembly industry, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Utilize AWS and VB to streamline production processes, automate workflows, and enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain logistics and reduce production downtime.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all manufacturing activities.
- Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new technologies and best practices in semiconductor assembly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in manufacturing management, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
- Strong technical skills in AWS and VB, with a track record of process automation and optimization.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on employee development and performance.
- In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including ISO and OSHA compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
