Responsibility
- Coordinate and streamline operational workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients, vendors, or internal teams to ensure clear and accurate communication.
- Assist in financial auditing processes, including data verification, compliance checks, and reporting.
- Support middle office functions, such as risk management, transaction processing, and administrative tasks.
- Prepare and translate business documents, reports, and correspondence between Indonesian and Mandarin.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to align processes with company goals and international standards.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, middle office, auditing, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
