Responsibility
- Develop and implement Mandarin-language marketing campaigns tailored to Chinese-speaking markets, including social media, email, and content marketing.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights in Mandarin-speaking regions.
- Create and localize marketing materials (brochures, presentations, digital assets) to ensure cultural relevance and accuracy.
- Manage digital advertising (SEO/SEM, PPC) on platforms popular in Chinese markets (e.g., WeChat, Baidu, Weibo).
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and customer demands.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using metrics like engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, providing actionable reports.
- Build and maintain relationships with local partners, influencers, and media outlets in Mandarin-speaking communities.
- Assist in organizing and promoting events, webinars, or trade shows targeting Chinese clients or stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; English proficiency is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to international or Chinese markets.
- Proven track record in digital marketing (SEO, social media, content creation) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Strong copywriting and localization skills for Mandarin audiences, with attention to cultural nuances.
- Experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, or marketing automation tools.
- Excellent communication, project management, and teamwork abilities.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
