Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders to reconcile financial discrepancies and resolve accounting issues.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic business decisions.
- Ensure tax compliance by preparing and filing required documentation in collaboration with external auditors.
- Develop and maintain financial controls and procedures to mitigate risks and improve operational efficiency.
- Generate financial reports and presentations for senior management and external partners.
- Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize cost structures and financial performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or a multinational environment.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English and Indonesian is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and local tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience working in a multicultural team and adapting to diverse business practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
