Responsibility
- Assist in preparing and verifying export-import documentation (invoices, packing lists, customs forms) to ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
- Coordinate with overseas clients, suppliers, and logistics partners in Mandarin and English to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Manage and track shipment schedules, delivery timelines, and resolve discrepancies proactively.
- Support the sales team by translating business correspondence, contracts, and technical specifications between Mandarin and English.
- Maintain organized records of trade agreements, payments, and inventory using digital tools (e.g., ERP systems).
- Liaise with customs brokers and government agencies to expedite clearance processes for shipments.
- Assist in market research to identify new trade opportunities in Mandarin-speaking regions.
- Provide administrative support, including meeting coordination, report generation, and data entry for trade-related activities.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in export-import operations, trade compliance, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of incoterms, HS codes, and customs procedures in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP or trade management software.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in B2B sales support or client relations is a plus.
