Responsibility
- Translate daily communications (emails, messages, calls) between Mandarin and Indonesian with high accuracy
- Assist in translating procurement documents, contracts, and business correspondence
- Provide real-time interpretation support during meetings and negotiations
- Ensure cultural appropriateness and context preservation in all translations
- Maintain organized records of translated materials and terminology databases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth business operations
- Proofread and edit translations for grammar, clarity, and consistency
- Stay updated with industry-specific terminology in both languages
Qualifications
- Fluency in both Mandarin (written and spoken) and Indonesian/Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven experience in translation, interpretation, or related linguistic roles
- Strong understanding of business terminology in both languages
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with procurement processes is a plus
