Responsibility

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and fax communications in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
  • Process hotel reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel amenities, promotions, and policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Upsell additional services or packages when appropriate to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies and industry standards for data privacy and service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese (written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is a must.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with prior call center/customer service experience are welcome.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems) and familiarity with reservation software is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related education is advantageous.
