Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and fax communications in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
- Process hotel reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel amenities, promotions, and policies to assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Upsell additional services or packages when appropriate to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and industry standards for data privacy and service excellence.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese (written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is a must.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with prior call center/customer service experience are welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems) and familiarity with reservation software is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related education is advantageous.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
