PT. Remicon Widyaprima is a leading player in the precast concrete industry, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Production Manager (Tiang Pancang) to join our team in Batam. Responsibility
- Plan, direct, and coordinate the daily production activities of the precast concrete pile facility.
- Monitor production output and quality standards to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- Manage and mentor the production team to maximize productivity and technical skill development.
- Maintain equipment maintenance schedules and operational readiness to minimize downtime.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and optimize resource utilization.
- Ensure full compliance with K3 (Health and Safety) regulations and site environmental standards.
- Analyze production data and prepare periodic reports for senior management regarding performance and costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in precast concrete or construction material manufacturing.
- Expert knowledge of concrete mix designs, casting, curing processes, and quality control (QC) standards for tiang pancang.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing medium-to-large scale production teams.
- Proficiency in production planning and inventory management software.
- Deep understanding of safety protocols (SMK3) and ISO standards.
- Willingness to be based in Batam, Kepulauan Riau.
