Responsibility
- Oversee the administration of MSc student programs, including admissions, enrollment, and graduation processes.
- Coordinate with faculty and staff to ensure compliance with academic policies and regulations.
- Manage student records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Develop and implement processes to improve administrative efficiency and student satisfaction.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for student inquiries and concerns.
- Organize and facilitate student orientation, workshops, and other academic events.
- Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations for school leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in student administration or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in student information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of academic policies and procedures in higher education.
- Experience in a university or academic setting is preferred.
