Responsibility
- Lead the development and implementation of operational excellence strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Design and deploy management systems to streamline processes and improve organizational performance.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with department heads to align operational goals with business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven recommendations for process optimization.
- Train and mentor teams on best practices in operational excellence and management systems.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements across all operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or management systems.
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant methodologies is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to influence and engage stakeholders.
- Experience in the cement, manufacturing, or construction industry is advantageous.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
