Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with SingHealth’s mission and business objectives.
- Lead the digital upskilling of staff through training programs, workshops, and change management initiatives.
- Identify and implement cutting-edge digital tools and platforms to enhance patient engagement, data analytics, and operational workflows.
- Collaborate with IT, clinical, and administrative teams to integrate digital solutions across departments.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital initiatives, using KPIs to measure impact and ROI.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in healthcare technology (e.g., AI, telemedicine, IoT) and recommend strategic adoption.
- Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging experimentation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) in all digital projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital strategy, transformation, or consulting, preferably in healthcare.
- Proven track record of leading digital initiatives from conception to implementation.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations and the role of technology in improving patient outcomes.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and digital collaboration platforms.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to drive adoption and cultural change.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and user-centered design principles is a plus.
