You will act as a bridge between complex technical data and executive strategy, ensuring high-quality data governance and supporting both internal and external stakeholders. We are looking for a visionary who can lead a team to implement scalable analytics solutions and foster a culture of data literacy across the company.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing enterprise-level BI projects, optimizing data pipelines, and presenting complex findings in a clear, compelling manner for senior management.
Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-level BI dashboards and reporting structures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify business challenges and deliver data-backed solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and governance across all reporting platforms to maintain a 'single source of truth'.
- Mentor and guide a team of data analysts to improve technical proficiency and project delivery.
- Design and implement scalable data architecture to support growing business intelligence needs.
- Translate complex data findings into actionable strategic recommendations for executive leadership.
- Drive the adoption of self-service analytics tools across the organization to empower stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for advanced data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Extensive experience with BI visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving high-impact data projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
