Responsibility
- Participate in a structured 12-18 month rotational program across key retail functions, including store operations, merchandising, marketing, and supply chain management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth, optimize store performance, and enhance customer experience in high-traffic Bali locations.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive insights to develop data-driven strategies for brand expansion and customer engagement.
- Assist in the planning and execution of retail campaigns, promotions, and in-store events to boost brand visibility and revenue.
- Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to ensure optimal product availability and presentation.
- Lead and mentor store teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to process optimization initiatives, leveraging technology and best practices to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance metrics, challenges, and actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- 0-2 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service, with a demonstrated passion for the industry (internships or part-time roles are a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages are an advantage).
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Leadership potential with the ability to inspire and motivate teams toward achieving common goals.
- Willingness to relocate within Bali or across Indonesia/Southeast Asia as part of career progression.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with retail management software (e.g., POS systems, ERP tools).
