Responsibility
- Assist in daily administrative and operational tasks to support departmental functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects and initiatives.
- Analyze business processes and propose improvements for efficiency.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation in both English and Mandarin.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop leadership and technical skills.
- Support communication between local and international stakeholders.
- Contribute to strategic planning and problem-solving under supervisor guidance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken); proficiency in English is a must.
- 0-2 years of work experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
