Responsibility
- Assist in daily property management operations, including tenant relations and lease administration.
- Support the team in maintaining accurate property records and documentation.
- Participate in property inspections and report findings to senior management.
- Help coordinate maintenance and repair activities for managed properties.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks.
- Engage in professional development activities and training sessions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of property management or real estate principles is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
