Responsibility
- Participate in end-to-end departmental rotations to understand core business operations.
- Assist department managers in daily administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Analyze operational data to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership reviews.
- Support the implementation of quality control and safety protocols within the facility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve workflow bottlenecks.
- Develop and execute assigned capstone projects focused on technical and managerial growth.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry-specific regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields).
- Fresh graduates or entry-level professionals with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Highly motivated, quick to learn, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- Leadership potential demonstrated through student organizations or previous internship roles.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Santa Rosa, Laguna.
