Responsibility
- Participate in structured job rotations across production, supply chain, HR, and quality control departments.
- Analyze operational processes to identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven efficiency improvements.
- Assist department managers in daily operational tasks and long-term strategic project implementation.
- Develop and maintain detailed reports regarding production targets, KPIs, and resource utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to company safety and environmental standards.
- Lead small-scale improvement projects and participate in continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives.
- Attend intensive training workshops designed to develop leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Management, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1-2 years of experience is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of intellectual curiosity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiar with ERP systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Demonstrated leadership potential through extracurricular activities or internships.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment and work collaboratively within a team.
