Responsibility
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions and mall-wide events.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, from conceptualization and budgeting to on-site coordination and post-event analysis.
- Curate and manage content for social media channels to increase engagement and drive brand awareness.
- Maintain strong relationships with tenants to facilitate joint promotions and in-mall activation programs.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize ROI and suggest actionable improvements.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure high standards of mall branding and collateral quality.
- Provide administrative support for marketing department operations, including database management and reporting.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in retail marketing, mall management, or event management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders and tenants.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media management platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for creative problem-solving.
- Availability to commit to a 2-year contract term.
