Responsibility
- Manage and prioritize incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and digital communications.
- Sort, distribute, and track mail and documents to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Maintain accurate records of all mail and package deliveries, including logging and filing.
- Operate and maintain mailroom equipment, such as postage meters, scanners, and printers.
- Coordinate with courier services to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Handle confidential and sensitive documents with the highest level of discretion.
- Assist in organizing and archiving physical and digital correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to other teams as needed, including data entry and filing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in mailroom operations, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
