Responsibility

  • Manage and process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Sort, distribute, and track mail and documents to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval and reference.
  • Monitor mailbox capacities and ensure efficient storage and archiving of records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve mail-related inquiries or issues.
  • Prepare and dispatch outgoing mail, including labeling, postage, and courier coordination.
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory related to mailroom operations.
  • Adhere to company policies and confidentiality standards in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in mailroom operations, administrative support, or a similar role (entry-level candidates with strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply).
