Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs.
- Monitor energy consumption and suggest efficiency improvements.
- Assist in emergency response procedures during system failures.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in M&E maintenance, preferably in commercial buildings.
- Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
- Ability to work shifts and respond to after-hours emergencies.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA standards.
- Willingness to work in Canggu, Badung.
