Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems, electrical installations, plumbing, and other building utilities.
- Inspect and troubleshoot building infrastructure to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or installations.
- Monitor energy consumption and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with facility management to plan and execute maintenance schedules.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building maintenance, HVAC, or electrical systems.
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA standards.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in confined spaces.
- Certification in HVAC, electrical, or building maintenance is highly preferred.
