Responsibility
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control measures.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely completion of M&E-related tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mechanical and electrical systems to minimize downtime.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including reports, logs, and maintenance records.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff and subcontractors.
- Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and sustainable practices in all M&E operations.
- Monitor budget and resource allocation for M&E activities, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&E supervision, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical wiring.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools for M&E system design and maintenance.
- Certification in occupational health and safety is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
