Responsibility
- Lead and supervise M&E drafting teams to produce accurate technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints for construction projects.
- Oversee production processes to ensure compliance with engineering standards, project timelines, and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical challenges and optimize M&E system designs.
- Conduct site inspections to verify installations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
- Manage project documentation, including permits, reports, and as-built drawings, to maintain transparency and accountability.
- Train and mentor junior draftsmen and production staff to enhance team capabilities and productivity.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and adopt sustainable engineering practices.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure materials and equipment while ensuring cost-efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in M&E drafting, project supervision, or production management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting software; BIM experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of M&E systems, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical installations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail and quality control.
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
