Responsibility
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to meet luxury hospitality standards.
- Replace and replenish amenities, linens, and towels, ensuring all supplies are fully stocked.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report any damages or malfunctions promptly.
- Adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols, including the use of eco-friendly cleaning products where applicable.
- Respond to guest requests for additional services (e.g., extra pillows, turn-down service) in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the front desk and maintenance teams to ensure seamless room readiness for check-ins.
- Maintain organized carts and storage areas, ensuring all cleaning equipment is in optimal condition.
- Uphold the property’s brand standards through consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Room Attendant, Housekeeper, or similar role in a hotel or resort (luxury experience is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining immaculate cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, often under time constraints.
- Excellent physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic English communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and the safe use of cleaning chemicals.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
