Responsibility
- Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product features, pricing, and promotions to answer customer inquiries confidently.
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling, card payments, and receipt issuance.
- Ensure the boutique is visually appealing by assisting with merchandising, stock replenishment, and maintaining store standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and brand collections to provide expert advice.
- Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and luxurious shopping atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or luxury goods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong sense of style and ability to provide fashion advice tailored to individual preferences.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate store needs.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, such as Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus).
- Well-groomed, professional appearance with a passion for fashion.
- Basic computer skills for POS systems and inventory management.
