Responsibility
- Greet and welcome clients with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a luxurious first impression.
- Manage front-desk operations, including appointment scheduling, check-ins, and payments using POS systems.
- Provide expert advice on beauty products and treatments, tailoring recommendations to client needs.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain a pristine and inviting reception area, reflecting the brand’s high standards.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback with diplomacy and efficiency.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock tracking and reordering of retail products.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist, customer service, or retail role, preferably in the beauty/wellness industry.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
