Responsibility
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure full adherence to Miniso's operational SOPs and company policies.
- Investigate discrepancies in inventory, cash handling, and store operations to minimize company losses.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management with actionable recommendations.
- Monitor and evaluate store security systems and practices to mitigate shrinkage and theft risks.
- Collaborate with store managers to implement corrective actions and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct periodic physical inventory counts and reconcile findings against system records.
- Maintain a high level of vigilance to identify potential internal or external security threats.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably Accounting, Management, or Law.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Loss Prevention, Internal Audit, or Retail Operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data tracking and reporting.
- Ability to travel frequently to various Miniso store locations within the Jakarta area.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting and team coordination.
- Integrity-driven with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
