- Ensure accurate inventory management and conduct regular audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and safety standards.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to optimize vehicle routes and delivery schedules.
- Implement efficient storage solutions to maximize space utilization.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as order fulfillment and inventory turnover.
- Enforce compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in warehousing.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
