Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage shipments, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.
- Track inventory levels and update records to maintain accurate stock information.
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and clients to resolve any logistics-related issues.
- Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs forms.
- Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of logistics reports and data analysis.
- Maintain organized records of all logistics activities and transactions.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics is preferred.
