Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Enforce strict adherence to FIFO/FEFO inventory management principles to ensure product freshness and compliance.
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels, conducting regular audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Lead a team of warehouse staff, providing training, performance evaluations, and fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols in accordance with company and regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, GMP).
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to align logistics with demand forecasting and supply chain needs.
- Utilize WMS (Warehouse Management System) or ERP software to track inventory movements and generate reports.
- Resolve logistics-related issues promptly, including delays, damages, or documentation errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics supervision, preferably in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or FMCG sectors.
- Proven expertise in inventory control systems (FIFO/FEFO) and warehouse best practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Proficiency in WMS, ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and other regulatory compliance standards is a plus.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
