Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones in the logistics sector.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in Bali’s logistics industry.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) to promote logistics services and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, technologies, and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the logistics industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., social media, email campaigns, SEO) is a plus.
- Familiarity with logistics operations, supply chain management, or freight services.
