Responsibility
- Assist in the coordination and management of daily logistics operations.
- Support inventory management, including tracking stock levels and updating records.
- Help with the preparation and processing of shipping and receiving documents.
- Assist in optimizing supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Participate in meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making in logistics planning.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
