Responsibility
- Coordinate and schedule the dispatch of inventory items to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Liaise with warehouse staff, drivers, and clients to confirm pickup and delivery details.
- Monitor shipment statuses and resolve any delays or issues proactively.
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities, including times, routes, and inventory quantities.
- Optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
- Communicate real-time updates to stakeholders regarding shipment progress or changes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local transportation laws.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and coordinating restocking as needed.
Qualifications
