Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate daily delivery schedules, ensuring timely and accurate shipments to clients and partners.
- Manage logistics documentation, including invoices, delivery receipts, and inventory records, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff, and third-party vendors to optimize routes and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as delivery times, costs, and customer satisfaction.
- Implement process improvements to streamline logistics operations and reduce inefficiencies.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to deliveries, providing professional and prompt resolutions.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock levels and timely restocking.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local transportation laws.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, delivery administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and logistics management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
