Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive logistics strategies to streamline export and import activities.
- Manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to optimize service levels and costs.
- Ensure full compliance with local customs regulations, international trade policies, and safety standards.
- Oversee end-to-end documentation processes for international shipments to prevent delays.
- Monitor supply chain performance KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the logistics team to ensure peak performance and professional growth.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory movement, shipping costs, and logistical bottlenecks for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, export/import management, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations, INSW, and international trade compliance (Incoterms).
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is mandatory.
