Responsibility
- Oversee daily production and logistics operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Coordinate with production teams to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of raw materials.
- Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure product excellence.
- Manage logistics and distribution to ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Train and supervise production and logistics staff to maintain high performance.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, production, or supply chain management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Proficient in using logistics and production management software.
