Responsibility

  • Process and verify Sales Orders (SO) and Delivery Orders (DO) with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain and update databases, ensuring all logistics documentation is organized and easily accessible.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to track order statuses, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, invoices, and other administrative documents as required.
  • Handle email correspondence and follow-ups with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Utilize Excel and data analysis tools to generate insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Assist in resolving logistics-related issues and escalate concerns to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, logistics, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM tools, or logistics software is a plus.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
