Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage daily logistics operations, including shipment tracking, documentation, and inventory control.
- Prepare and process logistics-related documents, such as bills of lading, invoices, and delivery orders.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain and update logistics databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor and report on logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports related to logistics activities.
- Handle administrative tasks, including filing, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving logistics-related issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Knowledge of local and international logistics regulations is a plus.
