PT PRAKARSA ENERGI SEJAHTERA is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistic Supervisor to join our growing team in Surabaya. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of goods, optimizing warehouse storage solutions, and maintaining the highest standards of inventory accuracy. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics activities, including inbound and outbound shipments, distribution strategies, and fleet coordination. Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the warehouse and logistics team to ensure peak performance and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Oversee daily inventory management, including physical counts, stock reconciliation, and system updates to ensure 100% data accuracy.
- Optimize distribution routes and logistics workflows to reduce costs and improve delivery turnaround times.
- Monitor and enforce warehouse safety protocols and workplace regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Coordinate with procurement and sales departments to align logistics planning with company operational goals.
- Manage the maintenance and tracking of logistics equipment, vehicles, and warehouse facilities.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on logistics KPIs, stock levels, and distribution performance for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management, preferably in the manufacturing or energy sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse operational team.
- Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian transportation regulations and supply chain best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
