Responsibility
- Lead and oversee daily logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution strategies.
- Manage end-to-end supply chain processes to ensure timely delivery and optimal inventory turnover.
- Analyze logistics performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement cost-saving process improvements.
- Coordinate with vendors, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to maintain seamless supply chain continuity.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company quality policies.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate logistics staff to foster a culture of high performance and professional growth.
- Prepare regular reports on logistics KPIs, operational costs, and inventory accuracy for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain operations, preferably in a multinational company.
- Strong proficiency in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian logistics regulations and customs processes.
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience in managing large operational teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English is a significant advantage.
