Responsibility
- Develop and maintain a robust portfolio of loan clients by identifying and engaging potential borrowers in assigned regions.
- Conduct thorough financial assessments to determine client eligibility for various loan products.
- Present loan options clearly, addressing client inquiries and tailoring solutions to their financial needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for loan disbursements and client acquisitions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional strategies for loan products.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies in all loan processing activities.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support, including follow-ups, documentation assistance, and issue resolution.
- Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, sales pipelines, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking, financial services, or loan products.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
- Familiarity with loan processing, credit evaluation, and financial documentation is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned regions (advantageous).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; ability to adapt to digital banking tools.
- High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
