Responsibility
- Develop and maintain a premium client portfolio in Baliâs high-value markets, including expatriates, business owners, and affluent individuals.
- Conduct needs-based financial consultations to identify client goals and recommend tailored insurance and investment solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive prospecting and relationship-building.
- Stay updated on Allianz PNB Lifeâs product offerings, market trends, and regulatory changes to provide expert advice.
- Collaborate with the Monteverde Sales team to share best practices and contribute to team success.
- Leverage digital tools and CRM systems to track client interactions, sales pipelines, and performance metrics.
- Host or participate in exclusive networking events and seminars to expand your professional network.
- Provide exceptional post-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record in sales, financial advisory, or client relationship management (preferably in insurance or banking).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for helping clients achieve financial security.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with financial products (life insurance, investments, retirement planning) is advantageous.
- Valid insurance license (or willingness to obtain one) as required by Indonesian regulations.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali (preference for candidates in target areas).
